The scope also covers bathroom and laundry fit-outs, hot water and gas systems, and detailed structural modifications, delivering a fully functional and high-quality build from groundwork to final fit-off.
cottage renovation
Armitage Ln, Quandialla, NSW, 2721
This project is a full cottage renovation that includes major upgrades both inside and out. The scope covers complete demolition of old fittings and floor coverings, new carpet and floating floors, full electrical and plumbing upgrades including a new septic system and hot water unit, and installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. We're also adding modern roller blinds, repairing walls and fireplaces, and constructing a steel pergola with a Color bond roof. Final touches will include tiling, painting, and a cozy new wood fire heater, bringing this charming cottage back to life with comfort, functionality, and style.
Deck construction & home upgrade

This project is about building a brand-new back deck featuring 90x19mm Merbau decking, complete with a sturdy sub-floor and moisture protection. Inside, we will also modify a spare room to install a stylish barn door, ensuring structural integrity with new framing and detailed finishing.
The laundry area is also included for a full renovation, from plumbing upgrades to waterproofing and tiling to make it more functional and modern. On top of that, we’re enhancing the property’s electrical system by replacing the aerial and smoke alarms, installing energy-efficient LED lighting, and rewiring key areas including the garage and back shed. A new Electrolux induction cooktop is also being added to elevate the kitchen’s performance.

Roof Replacement

The project scope includes the careful removal of all existing roof sheets, flashings, cappings, and fixings. During this process, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the roof structure to identify any issues that may require additional attention.
We are going to supply and install brand-new Colorbond roof sheets, ridge cappings, flashings, and all necessary fixings in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications and Australian Standards. Any old roofing materials and construction waste are responsibly removed, ensuring the site is left clean and tidy.
Additionally, we assess the existing insulation during the removal process and install new blanket insulation where necessary, ensuring optimal performance and safety for the property.
