This project is a full cottage renovation that includes major upgrades both inside and out. The scope covers complete demolition of old fittings and floor coverings, new carpet and floating floors, full electrical and plumbing upgrades including a new septic system and hot water unit, and installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. We're also adding modern roller blinds, repairing walls and fireplaces, and constructing a steel pergola with a Color bond roof. Final touches will include tiling, painting, and a cozy new wood fire heater, bringing this charming cottage back to life with comfort, functionality, and style.
